Strength: Clean EMOM 8 minutes – Focusing on taking it from the floor and catching it low – 1 from High Hang + 1 from Hang (at knee) + 1 from Floor – work at approx 60%.

  • 200m Run
  • 1 Rope Climb
  • 12 Power Snatch
  • 400m Run
  • 2 Rope Climb
  • 9 Power Snatch
  • 800m Run
  • 3 Rope Climb
