AMRAP 15 minutes:
5 Handstand push-ups (to scale this, kip from a headstand against a wall, or to further scale do a handstand hold for 30 seconds)
10 Bench dips
10 Squat jumps
Skill practice – Airborne lunges – aim for 10 reps on each side, hold something as a balancing counter-weight if necessary
Finisher – unweighted turkish get-ups, 50 on each side
