Increase load for each sets, last set should not be maximal. Rest 3 minutes between sets.

Wear LONG SOCKS when Deadlifting! Always. Please!

For time, 21-15-9 of:

  • Burpees
  • KBS 24/16kg
  • C2B Pull-ups

Time cap: 12 minutes

Beginners use a lighter KB, scaled pull-ups

Advanced: Use a 30/24k KB
