For time: “Filthy Fifty”
- 50 Box jumps (24/20″)
- 50 Jumping pull-ups
- 50 Kettlebell swings (16/12k or yellow/blue)
- 50 Walking lungs (L + R = 2)
- 50 Knees to Elbows
- 50 Push-press
- 50 Back extensions
- 50 Wall balls (20/12lb)
- 50 Burpees
- 50 Double-unders
Newbies – do not freak – there are simple ways to scale this WOD for every athlete.
Rx is the WOD as written above. But for an “RX Biggie-Sized” next to your name, do “Filthier Fifty” with: 30″ box jumps, standard pull-ups, 1.5 pood KB, 50 split jumps (instead of lunges), toes to bar, thrusters with bar (instead of push-press), GHD sit-ups instead of back extensions, walls balls remain the same, burpee tuck-jumps, double-unders remain the same.
Hmmmm what happened to Boy Bri??? There is a reason they don’t call it the “Not So Fun 50”!!!
