Warm-up and Mobility: 15 Minutes

Conditioning: For 5 minutes work your way up the ladder – start with 1 of each and get as high as you can, of:
- Power clean (95/65lb)
- Overhead Squat (FS for those that should not/cannot OHS) – use same BB
- V-up
Rest 3 minutes
The, 5 minute AMRAP using rep scheme of last round completed
