Strength: Power cleans 5×5
Then Tabata intervals of:
KB Swings (24k/16k)
Air Squats
Abmat sit-ups
Sumo Deadlift (not high-pull) with KB (32k/24k)
Count total reps on each exercise for score.
Finisher: While singing “Happy Birthday,” do Turkish getups with KB, 10 on each side (24k/16k). Just kidding about the singing part, we don’t want to have to pay any royalties to Time-Warner 🙂
Tabata intervals are maximum effort for 20 seconds followed by 10 seconds of rest, finish one exercise before moving on to next, no additional rest between exercises.
