Warm-up & Mobility: 15 Minutes

Strength: Hang Snatch EMO2M – 6 rounds – 1 High Hang Power Snatch + 1 Above the Knee Hang Power Snatch + 1 Above the Knee Hang Snatch + OHS. Add weight each round when possible while still working form. (This takes 14 min – last round starts on 12 min mark)

Conditioning: AMRAP 12 min of –

  • 50 DUs
  • 15 Pull-ups
  • 7 Hang Power Snatch (115/75lb)
