In teams of 3. Three 8 minute AMRAPs with two minutes of rest between. Team adds their rounds and reps together for total score. Team members change order of rowers with every round so that first to row on one round moves to last to row on the next round.
Row 300m as a buy-in relay.
Then AMRAP rest of 8 minutes with:
- 5 Pull-ups
- 10 Push-ups
- 15 Squats
- 20 Sit-ups
