Warm-up & Mobility: 15 Minutes
Skill: The GHD Sit-up
Conditioning:
8:30am class: 12 Minute AMRAP of:
- 25 Burpees over bar
- 15 Clean & Jerk (135/95lb)
- 10 MUs (or C2B Pull-ups)
9:30am class: Partner up, one partner works at a time, each partner completes all reps – 18 Minute AMRAP of:
- 12 Burpees
- 8 Clean & Jerk (135/95lb)
- 5 MUs (or C2B Pull-ups)
Both classes – Rest 3 minutes – for 9 minutes – complete the following reps (rest for the remainder of the minute):
- 1st min: 12 GHD Sit-ups or 15 Abmat Sit-ups
- 2nd min: 9 TTB
- 3rd min: 6 HSPU
