Warm-up & Mobility: 15 minutes

Strength: Snatch EMOM for 8 minutes – 1 Power Snatch, 1 Hang Snatch @65-70% of 1RM

Conditioning: 5 Rounds of –

  • 3 Power Clean
  • 6 Burpees
  • 9 Sit-ups

Rest 60 seconds between each round.

Warm-up & Mobility: 15 minutes

Strength: Deadlift 3×5 @70%

Conditioning: Partner-up – 20 Minute AMRAP of –

  • 10 Deadlifts at bodyweight (one athlete working at a time, each athlete finishes 1o reps before switching)
  • Run 400m together
  • 1 Rope Climb
