Conditioning: 5 Rounds of –
- 3 Power Clean
- 6 Burpees
- 9 Sit-ups
Rest 60 seconds between each round.

Strength: Deadlift 3×5 @70%
Conditioning: Partner-up – 20 Minute AMRAP of –
- 10 Deadlifts at bodyweight (one athlete working at a time, each athlete finishes 1o reps before switching)
- Run 400m together
- 1 Rope Climb
