Start with 15 minutes of skill practice – pick your least favorite thing to do and practice it.
Then, four rounds for time of:
10 Push press, with dumbbell – right arm (40/25)
10 Overhead lunges – right arm
10 Kettlebell swings (20k/16k)
10 Push press – left arm
10 Overhead lunges – left arm
10 Kettlebell swings
Use the same dumbbell and kettlebell for all.
Finisher: GHD sit-ups, 3 rounds of 15 reps
