Skill Practice with PVC only: Burgener warm up, snatch push press, overhead squat, pressing snatch balance, heaving snatch balance, snatch balance

Then, for time – 21-15-9 reps of:
Ball Clean – 20 lb ball
Push Press – 75 lb/55lb
Box jumps – 20″

Finisher: 1 minute plank hold both feet, 1 minute plank hold with left foot up, 1 minute plank hold with right foot up
