No equipment needed for today’s body weight WOD, give yourself some room and get out a timer.
3 minutes of work – 20 seconds each; repeat each exercise 3x with no rest between exercises
Round 1
Jumping jacks
Mountain climbers
Squat jumps
Rest 90 seconds
Round 2
Burpees
Military situps
Tuck jumps
Rest 60 seconds, then repeat Round 1. Rest 45 seconds, then repeat Round 2
Skill Practice: Handstand holds (against a wall if needed). Hold for 30 seconds, 3x
Flexibility/Mobility: Accumulate 5 minutes in the bottom of a squat position.
