Conditioning: FGB Style – one minute at each station for max reps – three rounds total

  • KB swings (24k/16k)
  • DB Thrusters (30lb+/25lb+)
  • Sit-ups
  • Burpees
  • Wall Balls (20/14lb)
  • Rest
