Finisher: L-sit holds – 3 rounds for max hold – shoot for 30 seconds each
* 1 sandbag complex = clean and press, stationary lunge on each leg with bag overhead, drop bag and burpee
* Tsunami ropes = 10 waves with hands apart making alternating waves, then hands together to alternate sides for 10 left and 10 right, then 10 waves with hands together sending the wave from the center
