Warm-up & Mobility: 15 Minutes

Skill: HSPU progression (for those that have the form, pick an item from Level II and test it) – 20 min

Conditioning: For time – time cap 15*

  • Buy in – 25 burpees to 6″ target

21-15-9 of:

  • Power clean (135/95lb)
  • HSPU
  • Cash out – 25 burpees to 6″ target

*If athletes have not started their second round of burpees at the 15 minute mark, they need to stop where they are and finish with the 25 burpees
