- Buy in – 25 burpees to 6″ target
21-15-9 of:
- Power clean (135/95lb)
- HSPU
- Cash out – 25 burpees to 6″ target
*If athletes have not started their second round of burpees at the 15 minute mark, they need to stop where they are and finish with the 25 burpees
