Warm-up and Mobility: 15 Minutes

Skill: KB Cleans (coming to a WOD near you soon)

Conditioning: For 5 minutes work your way up the ladder – start with 1 of each and get as high as you can, of:

  • Power clean (95/65lb)
  • Overhead Squat (FS for those that should not/cannot OHS) – use same BB
  • V-up

Rest 3 minutes
