Strength: Warm up your C&J

Conditioning: For time –

  • 30 Clean & Jerk (135/95lb)
  • Run 1 mile
  • 15 Thrusters (115/75lb – use same BB)

Score is “Grace” time and total working time. Advanced athletes may use the same weight for all BB movements.
