One-on-one Personal Training – This is how we introduce the movements to all new athletes and get them moving well and safely into our group classes.

One-on-one coaching is also great for athletes who might not be a good fit for group classes and for athletes that want some solo time with a coach to focus on specific skills or would like a little more accountability. Email: info@crossfit-johnscreek.com for pricing and scheduling.

Kettlebell Class – In our Kettlebell class athletes move in an efficient way to combine mobility, strength, stability, and serious cardio! Kettlebell training is well suited to both beginners and advanced athletes.

Our kettlebell class is also a great way to introduce variety and core strength into your training routine. Some of our athletes attend as a fun addition to their training regimen; some get downright geeky with kettlebell movements and move on to compete in Kettlebell Sport competitions.

ENDURANCE CLASSES – Running a race soon or you just want to increase your endurance? Endurance classes, led by legit endurance athletes, are held twice a week. Contact: info@crossfit-johncreek.com for more information.

POWERLIFTING PROGRAMMING and COACHING – Focus on your squat, bench, and deadlift form with small group (up to 6 athletes) classes coached by four-time World Champion Powerlifter, Lara Sturm. We offer custom programs to help you overcome your faults and prep for meet day. Email: lara@crossfit-johnscreek.com for more information.

OPEN GYM – We hold open gym time every Thursday and Sunday. Open gym time is available only for Unlimited members and is a great time to work on a lift or perform a workout that you missed the previous week.

WEIGHTLIFTING CLASSES – We hold small group classes (max 5 athletes) that focus on the Clean, Jerk and Snatch. Athletes learn proper positioning and how to increase their efficiency with Olympic Lifting movements.
