We can help! Here’s how:

  • Our classes are a mixture of skill-work, strength and cardio that get measurable results and feel more like a gym class for adults with your friends. We challenge you in each class not just to work hard but to keep learning and keep progressing. You will never feel bored. You will never feel lost in the crowd.
  • Our experienced coaches teach you all you need to know and keep you accountable all along the way. We have a personal connection with all our athletes to help you meet your individual goals.

Movement Foundations and Personal Training – This is where all athletes new to Southern Strength and Conditioning start.

We introduce the movements to all new athletes through one-on-one sessions. This gives you a solid foundation to get moving well and safely into our group classes.

Some athletes are best able to progress towards their goals by continuing with one-on-one personal training sessions rather than group classes. Our personal training sessions can be scheduled at almost any time of day to meet your busy schedule.

CrossFit Classes – Southern Strength and Conditioning is the home of CrossFit Johns Creek.

CrossFit is a fitness regimen that combines a variety of movements into a high-intensity workout. We do pull-ups, squats, push-ups, Powerlifting, Olympic weightlifting, gymnastics, running, rowing, biking and more. It is different every day – yet always producing results.

Kids, cops, firefighters, competitive athletes, soccer moms, military personnel, and grandmas can all do the functional movements we include in our classes. Whether you’re training for a sport or just want to lose weight and keep up with your kids, we can help you reach your goals.

We have several one-hour classes every day to meet your schedule.

CrossFit Kids & CrossFit Teens – whether your child just needs to get off the couch or improve their strength and speed for a sport, we can help!

Weightlifting Class – Hone your Olympic weightlifting skills in this small group class.

Work on your Snatch and Clean & Jerk in this technique-focused class with lots of individual attention to help you add weight to your lifts. During this class we work on mobility, lifting technique, drills, and accessory movements to help you improve.

Kettlebell Class – In our Kettlebell Class athletes move in an efficient way to combine mobility, strength, stability, and serious cardio! Kettlebell training is well suited to both beginners and advanced athletes alike.

Our Kettlebell Class is also a great way to introduce variety and core strength into your training routine. Some of our athletes attend as a fun addition to their training regimen; some get downright geeky with kettlebell movements and move on to compete in Kettlebell Sport competitions.

POWERLIFTING PROGRAMMING and COACHING – Focus on your squat, bench, and deadlift form with targeted programming and small group classes (up to six athletes) coached by four-time World Champion Powerlifter, Lara Sturm.

OPEN GYM – We hold open gym time every Thursday and Sunday. Open gym time is available only for Unlimited members and is a great time to work on a lift or perform a workout that you missed the previous week.
