Strength: 20 minutes to establish a 5-rep Squat
Then, 3 rounds of:
- 1 minute KB swing for max reps (24/16k)
- 1 minute single-arm G2OH with DB for max reps (35+/20+)
- 1 minute sit-ups for max reps
- 1 minute push-ups for max reps
- Rest
