1×3@80%, 1×5@ 85%, 1×3@90%, 1×1@95% – FOCUS ON DEPTH!
Then, 5 min AMRAP of:
- 15 Hand-release push-ups
- 10 Toes-to-Bar
-Rest 1 minute-
5 min AMRAP of:
- 15 Jumping squats (45/35lb) – NOTE: DO NOT DROP THE BARBELL!
- 10 Pull-ups
– Rest 3 minutes – then go right into the challenge: Run 800m for time
