Part 1 – Skill/Strength:

Performance and Fitness: 8 min skill work with coach and empty bar. 15 min work up on the 3 position complex of:
1 power position power clean + 1 hang power clean from the knee + 1 power clean

Part 2 – Conditioning: “Sneaky”

Performance: 12 Minute AMRAP of

  • 200m Run
  • 10 Power Cleans (135/95lb)

Fitness: Scale the Power Cleans to a weight with which you can complete 10 reps unbroken
