- Join the Private Facebook Group: https://www.facebook.com/groups/284690165463347/ The private group will be used to communicate info to you and members can also use it for support, recipe sharing, tips etc. I will try to video the talks from the Paleo Potluck there to post there.
- Grab a friend / family member to do this with you! They don’t need to be a member at CFJC. Send them the link to this page and have them follow along!
- Get this book and start reading it! Wired to Eat by Robb Wolf is available on kindle, audible, and hard copy.
- Get Measured – You need to know where you are starting. In 30 days you will remeasure. DON’T remeasure before then! Here’s what measurements I’d like:
- Get on the Inbody. The numbers I care most about are: Overall Weight, Percentage of Body Fat (PBF), Skeletal Muscle Mass (SMM). Enter these numbers into ZenPlanner so we will know where you were. (If you don’t want everyone knowing your numbers, uncheck the Public radio button.)
- Tape Measure. Use a tape measure to take the following measurements. Enter these into Zen Planner:
- Hip – at the widest part across your butt
- Waist – at the narrowest part across your abdomen and around
- Right Thigh – at the widest part
- Right Bicep – at the widest part
- Neck – at the widest part
- Get a full body picture. In 30 days you will retake this picture in the same place, wearing the same thing.
- Prep your food for Day 1! Clean out your pantry / refrigerator and do your meal prep! Tomorrow when you wake up, let’s get started on Day 1!
