- 30 Double-Unders
- 15 Power Snatch (75/55lbs)
Masters 55 and over = 65/45lb on the barbell

Any CFJC athlete that is registered for the Open, who cannot make it to a WOD today can come in on Sunday during Open Gym. Please note, the Open Gym has been moved to 10:30am – 12:30.
