Conditioning: For Max Reps – 30 seconds on/30 seconds rest, stay with each movement for 4 rounds before moving to the next, Rest 2 minutes between each –

  • Sit-ups
  • Grasshoppers (L+R=1)
  • Power clean (135/95lb)
  • Double-unders
