Mobility: Hip distractions, Russian babymakers, Shoulder distractions

Strength: Squat 5@70%, 5@80%, 2@85%, 3@90%

Conditioning:

AMRAP 5 minutes:

  • 5 True Push-ups
  • 5 TTB

Rest 3 mins

AMRAP 7 minutes:

  • 7 WB
  • 7 Burpees
