In WODs

Partner up – Only one partner works at a time. Each partner must complete all reps of a movement before moving onto the next movement – partners can break up those reps any way they like. Each couplet is for a 6 minute AMRAP with 2 minutes of rest between. The same BB should be used for the whole WOD.

  • 10 Thruster (95/65lb)
  • 10 Pullups
  • 10 Power Cleans
  • 10 Burpees
  • 10 S2OH
  • 10 Jumping Squats
