Team WOD – Form teams of 4 for 25 minutes
Partners A & B share a 200m Uneven Farmer’s Carry with two heavy KBs. Partners C & D continue their tasks as an AMRAP until A & B return at which time the partners switch places.
C – performs 15 Knees-to-elbows while D completes as many Power Cleans as possible. Then C & D switch places until A & B returns.
The score for the team is the total reps of power cleans x the weight on the bar.
