For Wednesday we will have only one class at 9:30am. Normal schedule resumes Thursday.
Partner-up and count all rounds and reps. Proceed through each station for a 4-minute AMRAP. Rest 1 minute between each. Each partner is responsible for completing all reps for each exercise. After each task, partners should switch places.
Station 1
- 10 Ring push-ups while partner holds plank
- 20 Squats while partner holds squat sit
Station 2
- 10 Burpees while partner holds a plank
- 20 Sit-ups while partner holds squat sit
Station 3
- 10 SDHP with KB (24/16k) while partner holds plank
- 20 Mountain climbers (L+R=1) while partner holds a squat
Station 4
- 10 Push press with DBs or KBs (40+/25+) while partner holds a plank
- 20 Stationary lunges (L+R=1) while partner holds a squat sit
