In WODs

Strength: Strict Press – 15 min to work to a heavy double (2). Then use 70% of your heavy double for 3×5 (same weight for all) of a press in split.

Then, 3 rounds of:

  • 2 min Max Reps KB swings (24/16k) – NOTE: We are NOT looking for unbroken effort here
  • Rest 1 min
  • 1 min Max Reps Wall Walks (Nose to wall)
  • Rest 1 min

Beginners: Use a lighter KB and go as far up the wall as you can confidently control
Advanced: Use 32/20k KB and go nose to wall during your wall walk
