ANNIVERSARY WOD! Dan and Lara – 1 year Wedding Anniversary!

Strength: 20 min for 2-rep max on 2 position Snatch (below & above the knee)

Then, partner up for 12 minutes – only one partner works at a time – keep rep count even between the two partners:

  • 3 min Burpees for max reps
  • 3 min Wall ball (20/14lb) for max reps
  • 3 min Box jumps (24/20″) for max reps
  • 3 min Ring push-ups for max reps
