“Hands Free” – Injured arms and wrists seem to be dogging a few of us, so today we are doing a leg/core centered WOD.

Strength: High back squats 5×5

AMRAP 15 minutes – while wearing weighted vest (20lb)
10 Squats
20m Lunge with arms extended overhead
10/10 Step ups onto 20″ box
Then (without vest), complete 3 rounds for time of:
20m Frog jumps
15 Abmat sit-ups

Finisher: One minute plank on elbows – rest one minute – one minute with left leg raised – rest one minute – one minute plank with right leg raised
