“Self-Destruct”
1 Military sit-up, 1 air squat, 1 jumping jack, 1 burpee
2 Military sit-ups, 2 air squats, 2 jumping jacks, 2 burpees
3 Military sit-ups, 3 air squats, 3 jumping jacks, 3 burpees
…and so on, counting up as you go.
Continue for 20 minutes. Your score is your highest round completed after 20 minutes.
Catch your breath – then, Skill Practice: The rock-up squat. Note: To do this, you must have the flexibility to go ATG (@ss to grass) in the bottom of a squat. For a good how to do for a rock-up squat, see Step 1 on this link: http://www.powerathletesmag.com/pages/pistols.htm. The rock-up squat will help develop into a pistol squat later.
Stretch and use the foam roller for a solid 15 minutes.
