Perform each of the three challenges, recover completely between each challenge (minimum 5 minutes).

If you cannot do a strict push-up or burpee, work on those skills instead.

1) 2 minutes of push-ups for max reps. Ultimately, the goal for men is 100, goal for women is 60. Hands and toes may not leave the floor during this time and are the only body parts that can touch the floor during the timed period. Acceptable rest positions are a downward dog, a plank or a sagging plank.
2) 5 minutes of burpees for max reps. Ultimately, the goal is 100 reps.
3) For time: run 1 mile (1609 meters) with sandbag or ruck sack with 20% of body weight up to 45 lbs or men, 35 lbs for women. Ultimately, the goal is to run 5 miles with 45/35 in less than 2 hours.
