  • 20 Russian KB swings (heavy)
  • 30 Double-unders

Fitness: AMRAP 10 min of –

  • 10 Wall ball
  • 20 Russian KB swings (heavy)
  • 30 Speed Steps (L+R=1) or 60 Singles
