A competitive tournament tennis player for many years, a waning interest had Trey feeling a need to move his fitness to a new level. A tennis coach suggested a new workout program he had heard about called Crossfit. Trey completed his first Crossfit WOD in February 2009 and never looked back. After several years working out in a garage gym, he made his way to CFJC with a desire to properly learn Olympic and power lifting. Three years later he is helping others achieve their goals as a Crossfit Level 1 trainer. In the 2015 Crossfit Open, finishing 169th out of over 10,000 competitors worldwide, he made it into the 40-44 Masters Qualifier.
